This service is provided by Al-Zajil Ideal Trade L.L.C. Throughout this Terms of Service, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Al-Zajil Ideal Trade L.L.C.
By ticking the “Agree” box at the end of this Terms of Service you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. These Terms of Service apply to all bookers of the service either online service bookers or phone call bookers.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before ticking the “Agree” box. If you do not agree to all the terms of service, then you shall not proceed further with this booking. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. Please re-read these Terms of Service whenever you make a new service booking. Nevertheless, we will notify all registered users of any update, change or replace in any part of these Terms of service by email.
SECTION 1 – TRANSPORTATION OF THE VEHICLE
1.1 We are responsible for transporting the user’s vehicle from one location to another only according to the details entered in the booking i.e. the vehicle number, pickup time, current location, and destination.
1.2 Any changes in the booking details after this agreement may result in additional charges. We are not responsible for the user’s vehicle after transporting it to the intended destination.
SECTION 2 – DAMAGE ON THE VEHICLE
2.1 We are not responsible for any damage that was on the vehicle prior to receiving it. We are not responsible for any breakdown/damage that might occur to the vehicle because of old damage that was in the car prior to receiving it.
2.2 We are not responsible for any breakdown/damage that might occur to the vehicle that is not by any means caused by our driver misuse/fault.
2.3 We are not responsible for any breakdown/damage that might occur to the vehicle as a result of a fault caused by a third party destination (i.e. the maintenance service center).
2.4 We take full responsibility for any breakdown/damage that might occur to the vehicle as a result of a fault/misuse of the vehicle by our company. It is our obligation in that case to pay all the expenses required for fixing the breakdown/damage.
SECTION 3 – FINES ON THE VEHICLE
3.1 We take full responsibility for any fine that might be recorded on the vehicle that is a result of our driver’s recklessness during the period he is driving the user’s vehicle. It is our obligation in that case to pay all the expenses required to clear the fines.
3.2 We are not responsible for any fine that might be recorded on the vehicle that is a result of any added accessories in the vehicle (such as a dent, paint, etc.), it is the obligation of the customer to pay us back, in that case, the full amount of the fine.
3.3 We are not responsible for any fine that might be recorded on the vehicle because of the outer cleanness condition of the vehicle.
SECTION 4 – BELONGINGS
4.1 We are not responsible for any belongings that are left inside the car.
4.2 We are not responsible for any extra keys that are submitted to the driver with the car
key.
